How do I check my balance?

We have several options for you to choose the most comfortable for you.

  • Check your prepaid balance on WhatsApp

What do you have to do?

  • Save our number in your agenda: 653 85 00 85.

  • For your safety, it is necessary that you contact us from your Prepaid World line.

  • The first time you enter we will show you the conditions of use of our service.

  • Ready! You can ask us whatever you want.

Make your query directly and easily. For example, if you want to know the balance of your prepaid line, just type Check my balance.

Send message by Whatsapp

  • In the customer area

You can access the consultation of your balance through the Customer Area completely free of charge.

Here you can see:

  1.      The balance you have available

  2.      The megabytes you have consumed and the ones you have left.

  3.      As well as the gigabytes you have accumulated from the previous month.

  4.      The minutes you've talked about.

  5.      If you have a promotional balance, purchased in your recharges through Recharge and Win.

Access directly from here. You will see directly the  Rosco of My Balance and next to the promotional balance.

  • By dialing *111 #

  1.      Open the call option on your mobile dial *111# and hit the green call button.

  2.      The balance automatically appears on your mobile screen.

  3.      And if you want more information you can press 1 and get information about the megas and minutes available.

Everything you can do in the *111# (if you click on the menu you get the specific content)

*Remember that: in the latter case, the first 5 consultations of the month are free, the rest have a cost of 0.25 cts.

  • Calling 1470

You can call 1470 from your Mundo line and a voice over will inform you of the balance you have available. You can call as many times as you want for free from your line, to inform yourself of the available balance.

Promotional balance

The promotional balance is an extra balance that you can get through Recharge and Win, when you make a recharge or through specific promotions of which we will inform you promptly.

You can use it to:

  • Make domestic calls

  • Send national SMS

  • Pay your fare fee

Please note that the promotional balance:

  • It has an expiration of 30 calendar days from when we recharge.

  • In order for you to use it, it is necessary to have a balance recharged by yourself.

  • You can not use it for calls, or international SMS, roaming or special rate numbers.

  • Rememberthat: The promotional balance is consumed before the balance you have paid and can not be transferred and you can consult it by any of the methods that we have explained above.

Balance advance

Do you need to be connected and have run out of balance? Do not worry. You can use our balance advance service, we advance your balance so you are always connected!As long as you have less than € 3 you can ask for an advance as follows:

  • Use the portal *111# option 2, follow the steps and you will get your advance instantly.

  • Call 1470 say the word Advance and follow the instructions.

When your balance is less than € 3, you can receive an SMS from us offering you a balance advance, if you are interested in the advance that we propose, you just have to answer the SMS with the chosen proposal.

In order to use the balance advance service, you must meet the following characteristics:

  • Be at least 3 months old

  • Have a balance of less than € 3.

  • No outstanding advances.

  • That 90 days have not passed since your last recharge.

  • The service has an associated cost, which varies depending on the advance selected.

Returning your balance advance is veryeasy, when you accept the advance, you get an SMS with the amount of the advance + the cost of the service, so that you are informed and in the next recharge you make, you will be deducted the full amount (advance + cost of the service).

Frequently asked questions:

  • Can I use the balance advance to pay my fare fee? Yes, you can use it to pay your fare fee.

  • Can I request a balance advance if I have another outstanding payment? No, to request a balance advance, you cannot have previous advances outstanding.

  • Can I request a balance advance from abroad? No, you can only request an advance if you are in Spain.

Balance transfer

It is a service that allows you to receive or send balance under the following conditions:

  • Only prepaid customers can receive balance.

  • They can send balance from a prepaid line or from a postpaid line.

  • The amount transferred must be a whole amount between € 2 and € 10.

  • Maximum transfer amount: € 20 / month for card customers and € 40 for contract customers.

  • Maximum amount received up to € 80 / month.

  • Maximum 3 transfers/day from the same line.

  • To be able to make a transfer it is necessary to have recharged in the last 3 months, not have balance advances pending return, and if you are a contract customer, not have outstanding invoices.

  • If you request the transfer of balance from a prepaid line, you can check the transfers from the Recharge section in the app.

  • If you request the transfer of balance from a contract line, on the invoice you will see reflected the transfers made under the literal "balance transfer".

  • Once the balance transfer has been made, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

  • Cost of the service € 0.50 VAT included. This import will be deducted from the customer who receives the transfer.

Ways to request or make a balance transfer:

  • Send an SMS:

If you want to transfer your balance to another mobile, send an SMS with the word TRANSFER AMOUNT nº to which you make the transfer to 1470.

Example: if you want to send € 5 of balance to the mobile number 123456789, you must write: TRANSFER 5 123456789.

To confirm that the transfer was successful, you will receive an SMS with the result of the transfer. In case of not meeting some of the requirements, you will also be informed with an SMS.

  • You want to receive a transfer:

Send a free SMS with the text: I REQUEST TRANSFER mobile phone number to 1470. Example: if you want to request a balance to the mobile number 123456789, you must write: I REQUEST TRANSFER 123456789

  • In the app:

  1.      On the main screen of the app, tap the blue Balance Management icon.

  2.      On the next screen you will see a menu with different options. To ask another customer number to make a transfer to you, go to "Request transfer". If you prefer to do it, go to "Make transfer".

  3.      In the customer area enter your customer area. Select "Top-ups" from the top menu, then click on the "Balance Transfer" button on the screen.

  4.      Select from the main block: Recharge / Transfer.

  5.      And in the bottom menu we select Balance Transfer.
