Movistar has just confirmed that it will also offer free calls and messages from Spain to Ukraine and vice versa for the duration of the Russian invasion. The operator joins the rest of the telecommunications companies that have also decided to stop charging for roaming in the country invaded by Russia.

Communications are a key factor at all times, but even more so when we talk about a military conflict. Since the war broke out, all Spanish operators have been announcing that they are no longer charging for roaming in Ukraine. First it was Orange, followed by the MásMóvil group with all its brands such as Pepephone, etc. and then Vodafone. Today, Telefónica has officially announced that it will also offer all communications free of charge for an indefinite period of time.
