What is the Always Connected service and what is it for ?:

Exclusive and free for Prepaid Movistar customers. Always Connected allows the renewal of your Prepaid rate even if you do not have a sufficient balance to cover the full amount of your fee. This advanced amount is flexible and will depend on the balance of your prepaid line at the time of renewal and the cost of the rate you have contracted.
In this way, by having the periodic quota of your rate renewed, you will be able to continue enjoying all its advantages.
The advance amount will be deducted from your balance at the next recharge.
Always connected does not imply any additional cost.

Compatibilities / Incompatibilities:

Always Connected is compatible with the Balance Advance service, provided that the amounts advanced in your Prepaid line have been regularized.

You can request a Balance Advance or automatically receive a balance advance to renew your Prepaid rate as long as you do not have the return of a previous Balance Advance or Advance pending.

At what rates can you have this service?

Always connected is activated with your Prepaid Movistar rate (Prepaid 5, Prepaid 7 or Prepaid 15).
You can advance your balance for the renewal of the periodic fee if your rate is Rate # 1, Rate # 2 or Internet Rate 5. If you have any of these rates and you need to activate Always connected, you can do so by calling for free or sending a free SMS with "HIGH "To 223553. Likewise, you can request the withdrawal by sending a free SMS with the keyword" DOWN "to 223553.
By calling toll free 223553 you can also check if you have any balance advance pending regularization.

How is it different from other card services?

The Advance Balance service advances you € 5 balance at any time and place that you can use for calls or data connections. The advance balance will be discounted in your next top-up along with the cost of the service (€ 1, including indirect taxes).

With Pásame Saldo you can receive or pay other prepaid lines quickly and directly, without prior request and up to a maximum of € 20. You can use it for voice or data consumption. Each balance transfer has an associated cost of € 0.25 (€ 0.30 VAT included), which is applied to the receiving line once the balance transfer has been completed.

Always Connected advances you a balance with which to cover the fee and renew your Prepaid rate so that you continue enjoying its advantages. The balance offered by Always connected is not valid for making traffic. It has no cost except the advance amount.
