How can I know the minutes or MB consumed?
By calling 2266 for free (and dialing option 1 to consult the rates or prepaid vouchers), requesting on the website (private area) or in the "My Movistar" application, you can find out the minutes and / or MB you still have available and its period of validity.

What happens if I exceed the franchise of minutes or GB of the Prepaid Rate?
Once the voice franchise is over, you will call 6 cents / minute unless you hire a Talk + Bonus with 60 minutes for just € 5
If you overcome the data franchise, sign up for the Navega + Bonus for € 5 or an Extra 200 Bonus MB for € 2, to continue browsing.

If I cancel a Prepaid Rate to hire a different modality,

Don't lose them !! It is voice or data traffic that you have already paid for. For this reason, the minutes and / or MB not consumed are the required available and the expiration date is the same as when your previous rate is renewed.

How can I check my balance?
You can check the balance of your line by calling 2266 (and marking option 2 on the menu) at a cost of 18.15 cts. (VAT included) by consultation.
