How can I know the minutes or MB consumed?
By calling 2266 for free (and dialing option 1 to consult rates or prepaid vouchers), requesting on the movistar.es website (private area) or in the "Mi Movistar" application, you can find out the minutes and/or MB you still have available and their validity period.

What happens if I exceed the excess of minutes or GB of the Prepaid Rate?
Once the voice excess is exceeded, you will call at 6 cents / minute unless you contract a Talk + Bonus with 60 minutes for only €5
If you exceed the data allowance, hire a Bonus Navega + with 1Gb for €5 or an Extra Bonus 200 MB for €2, to be able to continue browsing.

If I cancel a Prepaid Rate to contract another different modality
Do I lose the minutes and / or MB not consumed?
You don't lose them!! It is voice or data traffic that you have already paid for. For this reason, the minutes and/or MB not consumed are the required ones available and the expiration date is the same as when your previous rate is renewed.

How can I check my balance?
You can check the balance of your line by calling 2266 (and dialing option 2 from the menu) at a cost of 18.15 cts. (VAT included) by consultation.
With the automatic balance notification service, you will receive a message with information about the available balance and its validity each time you end a toll call. This service has a fee of 0.75 cts./4 weeks. Now the first installment is free!

What does EU Roaming include?
EU Roaming includes calls and SMS with origin and destination any country of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway and the data traffic that originates in these countries. The prices and conditions will be the same as the specific ones for national traffic.
International calls and messages, calls directed to special rate and additional rate numbers (905, 80X), roaming (Zone 2, Zone 3 and Special Coverage) are excluded.
